Varied paths with numerous bunkers and water hazards as well as the typical Majorcan natural stone walls present the golfer with a sporting challenge but also reward him with stunning views on to the sea. The course was opened in 1999 and has since become a centre of attraction for many famous people staying on the island. One main reason for this has to be the luxury hotel Dorint Royal Golf Resort & Spa which is part of the golf course. This combination beyond doubt culminates in a veritable royal stay.

Late in the evening on Monday August 23, 2010, Camrose RCMP reported that between 30-40 buffalo were loose north and northeast of Camrose.
