Haven't heard of em but a camo bag sounds pretty cool. I've never heard of the brand but it's a golf bag so it should be fine.
References :
If it's in mint condition, 50-100 bucks. Used less than 35.
References :
The snapping of knee as tiger does it is a classic anti hook move. It's a move i use and many players on the tour use. I wouldn't worry about the knee issues unless you plan to hit as many balls as tiger does, and can generate the force in your golf wing like tiger does which would result in stress on the knee. outside of tiger i can't think of many players who've had knee issues by using this move.
References :
The selling of used golf balls is determined by local markets. Trying to sell on ebay is a waste. Non top notch balls sell for a dollar or less if in good condition.
References :
uese golf ball market is tricky. Alot depends on the quality of the ball (scuff marks, discolloration, etc.) and the make/name brand. Take the Top-Flight. The most expensive Top-Flight ball goes for $24 for 15 balls new (Gamer v.2). The average for Top-Flight XLs is probably $9.99 for 15 balls new. How much can you get used for them? A few bucks a dozen? Dunlop is about as cheap as Top-Flight. Hogan and Royal are not brands of balls that I have heard of.

Titelist is where your value is. Pro V1s are amongst the most expensive balls new, about $45 a dozen (Close to $4 a ball). Used, in good condition, they still fetch between $1-$2 a ball. Depends on how good the the shape of the ball is in.
References :
copying someone elses swing is disaster. they didnt copy someones swing, it came naturally. so should yours. but if its helping i dont see a reason to change. just dont take his entire swing into yours. just keep it at elements of his swing. and its possible that you could but no guarantees on if you would get knee problems or not.
References :
Several of the courses in my area will allow people to sale golf balls at designated tee boxes. Most of them use empty egg containers and sale the balls by the dozen. Similar balls together. If they look clean and no cuts, your Top-Flite's may bring $2 to 4$ a dozen. The Titleist's are a little more tricky. You need to look for any that say "PRO V" or "PRO V1", these balls cleaned up may get you $4 to $6 a dozen. Calloways and Taylor Made balls will also bring in a little more than the Top Flite's. Again make sure you group your balls together for sale. Very few people would want to buy balls they don't normally play. Good Luck
References :
All on line sellers must adhere to strict policies laid down by manufacturers and as such the control and correct policing of how golf clubs are sold is governed correctly.
Make sure when you do buy on line that the site is an authorised retailer for the relevant manufacturer. If they are then you can purchase with peace of mind
http://www.jamgolf.com/uk

the link above is a UK example of a quality website who work closely with their manufacturers to ensure the correct on line retail criteria is met with their on line offerings

IF ITS JAM ITS GENUINE is one of their punchlines
References :
http://www.jamgolf.com/uk
