The golf complex at Novo Sancti Petri is steeped in heritage with the original 18 holes designed by Seve Ballesteros. This course was extended to 36 holes by Robert Trent Jones Senior and there are now 54 holes with the addition of the Campano course. This makes Novo Sancti Petri the second largest golf complex in Spain meaning it has something for everyone.
The club house has extensive facilities as you might expect with two large restaurants. However, Novo is not just a holiday course; the club has a thriving local section boasting 385 members.
This venue is hugely popular with learners and welcomes golf school groups from all over Europe. There are numerous practice areas, a par three course and 10 multilingual PGA teaching pros.
The location is close to the many unspoilt beaches around Chiclana but boasts a well served urban area with plenty of accommodation options including the Golf de la Luz partner hotel the Vincci Resort Costa Golf.

I just want to understand the differences between clubs to get some golf basics.

CC stand for Cubic Centimeters. This is how the volume of a driver head is measured. The USGA has set the maximum volume at 460 cc. The irons and fariway woods will have numbers assigned to them, usually from 3 to 9. The higher the number, the higher the loft. Wedges will have letters like P for pitching wedge, G for gap wedge, S for sand wedge or L for lob wedge. The wedges may also be marked with the degree of loft, like 56 or 60 degrees.
