I want a new golf bag because the straps on my current golf bag are not long enough for me to put my arms through even though i adjusted it to max length. It seems by your question that you are a pretty big dude, so just make sure you don’t get the 4,5,or 6 divider bags because they are typically smaller, you will pay a little more, but you will have a bag that will last for 3-10 years and you can brag about the name haha.

Tell me what you think is the best golf bag under 100 dollars and also what Golf Bag you would recommend altogether

I love the Mizuno bags best, buy they run about $130 – $180. I got my son an Adams Golf bag for $39 from Rock Bottom Golf. They have decent Nike, Wilson and Taylor-Made bags for around $70. Hope this helps.
